How to order?
Now with our website, everything has become easier and all the pieces available for immediate delivery can be found here. Therefore, you can order your favorite jewelry through the website . However, in the case of personalized pieces, pieces available only by order, and/or if you are looking for a specific model and cannot find it on our website, do not hesitate to send a private message to our social media.
How do shipping costs work?
We use Registered Shipping exclusively. (provided by CTT), as a shipping method to guarantee the best delivery service. This shipping method costs €2.99 to be added to the order value, includes a tracking code, and also includes insurance that covers loss/damage of the package during shipping. This code will be sent to you by email during order processing, and delivery is estimated at 1-2 business days (+1 for islands). For domestic orders of €25 or more, shipping is automatically free. For orders outside Portugal, we only ship to the European Union, also by Registered Mail, for €6.50. For these destinations, delivery is estimated at 4-5 business days.
How can I schedule in-person delivery?
You can pick up your order, completely free of charge and with no minimum purchase amount, at our Atelier (Apúlia, Esposende) or at any of our Pop-Up Events (Dates announced on our Social Networks). To do this, you just have to select this delivery method when finalizing your purchase and wait for us to contact you to arrange the pick-up/delivery.
What material are the parts made of?
Currently, we have 2 collections in effect, each made of different materials: stainless steel and sterling silver. The material of each piece is mentioned in the product description.
