Shipping Policy

We use Registered Shipping exclusively. (provided by CTT), as a shipping method in order to guarantee the best delivery service.

This shipping method costs €2.99 in addition to the order total, and includes a tracking code. It also includes insurance that covers loss/damage to the package during shipping. This code will be sent to you by email when your order is processed, and delivery is estimated to take 1-2 business days (+1 for islands).

For domestic orders of €25 or more, shipping becomes automatically free.

For orders outside of Portugal, we only ship within the European Union, also via Registered Mail, for €6.50. For these destinations, delivery is estimated at 4-5 business days.
